RESERVATION FORM
If you are interested in having a booth at this year’s fair, please submit the reservation form online and mail your rental fee by June 10, 2024.

RENTAL FEE
Our indoor rental fee is $12.50 per foot, with a $125 minimum fee. Outdoor space is $1 per square foot, with a $100 minimum. Two free vendor parking passes are included with your booth rental. The rental fee is non-refundable and should be sent to the following address to complete your registration:

SET UP
Tuesday, July 9 9am–7pm
Wednesday, July 10 8–10am

BUILDING HOURS DURING THE FAIR
Wednesday, July 10 10am–9pm
Thursday, July 11 10am–9pm
Friday, July 12 10am–9pm
Saturday, July 13 10am–4pm
Outdoor vendors can operate additional hours.

TEAR DOWN
Saturday, July 13 After 4pm

ELECTRICAL CODE
Electrical connections, cords and disconnects must meet the electrical code. The Electrical Inspector will review your space.

SALES TAX
A Minnesota Department of Revenue ST19 is required of each vendor. This can be printed and mailed with your rental fee to the address above.

FOOD VENDORS
Vendors selling food items must be familiar with and comply with all Aitkin County and Minnesota Department of Health regulations.

ADMISSION & PARKING
Admission to the fair is FREE. Parking is $5 per day for additional vehicles. Trailers can be parked on the perimeter of the parking area.

ALL VENDORS
You are responsible for the safety of your display items and equipment. If your organization has non-competitive rules, it is your responsibility to know and inquire as to duplication of products. Preference will be given to a returning vendor or to the first registered vendor. As we have two commercial exhibit buildings, duplication of products may happen but vendors will not be in the same building. (ie: Mary Kay, Avon, Tupperware, etc.)
